This really is the easiest way to make bread, you don't really have to do much, you let your mixer do all the work.
4 cups Warm Water
1 TBL Salt
1/3 Cup Oil
1/3 cup Honey
1 1/2 TB Dough Enhancer (I got mine at the Bosch Store)
2 TBL Saf Yeast (a brand from the Bosch store too)
7 cups Whole Wheat Flour (happy grinding:)
3 4x8 pans
Add water and several cups of whole wheat flour to your Bosch or Kitchenaid Mixer with the Dough Hook attached. Mix using a few short bursts.
Add the Salt, oil, honey, dough enhancer and instant yeast. While the machine is running slowly continue to add the rest of your flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. (it is better to add too little flour, than too much) Allow the machine to knead the dough for you for 10-12 minutes.
Turn oven on to pre-heat 150 degrees. Knead with hands to remove any bubbles, shape into loaves and place in well greased pans. Turn oven off. Put loaves into warm oven to rise until double in size(approx. 25 min) When loaves are double in size set oven to 350 degrees and turn it on. LEAVE the loaves in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, when done, remove from pans and let cool.

Did you grind you own wheat? If so, what type of wheat? Red/White,Hard/Soft,Spring/Winter?
Oh you're confusing me. I do have food storage wheat but I cheated this time and bought the wheat already ground in the bag at the store.
