I wanted to see how our little rows of carrots were doing so I had Asher pull one up yesterday. What do you know. . . they are orange and very tasty! I couldn't believe how excited Asher was to see them! I had no idea the joy a garden would bring to the kids. They love to explore out there and see what's growing and changing. They always volunteer to pick lettuce, and now carrots, when we want to eat.
They pick strawberries with their friends (and a few raspberries.) We usually have 4-6 red strawberries ready each day. The corn is a fun maze to run through now. It is over Asher and Macy's heads.
It has been a fun experience. I just need to catch up on the weeding.

I would love to go to a movie and I heard the proposal is fabulous. The only night I'm available this week is Tuesday night. Does that work? I have an HOA meeting on Wed and then we leave for Bear lake on Thurs. If not, I'm pretty open next week. Let me know.
